What & Why?

Outofyourmind courses are all about improving your mental skills and are designed to help you bring your learning and performance to the next level.  Choose the course and participation level that is right for you.  Yes, you will find experiential and written assignments included.  There is a good reason for this:  you cannot develop what you do not practice.  My goal is to help you close that gap between physical and mental training so you are training your whole self- every day.

This site is new, so stay tuned for many more courses to come.  Soon you will have a variety of topics to choose from.  Whether you are an equestrian, young athlete, elite or weekend warrior you will find a course for you!  If you don’t see something you’re looking for, please send me an email and suggest a topic.
